They walked me through everything before, during, and after the procedure, so I always knew what to expect.Thanks to Jada for thoroughly applying the numbing gel because the pain was minimal, and I was honestly surprised at how manageable it was. Vivian was skilled, careful, and made me feel comfortable as she applied the laser.As expected, I had some swelling and redness afterward, but it dissipated just as they said it would. The results are amazing!
